		<description>I had the pleasure of visiting Sepino for a week 2 years ago and stayed in the home of my friend&#039;s uncle.  It was the most memorable trip ever.  Reading your nlog brought back such wonderful memories.  My mother&#039;s family was from Benevento, not too far away.  Thank you for sharing this wonderful story.</description>

I&#039;m cautious about your description of the acrobatics of taste needed for this dish (ick?) I can imagine experiencing the deep connection with history in eating it: even being awe struck for the fotitude of those terrifying men thriving on it. Perhaps that&#039;s why they were so fierce - they were hungry!

We&#039;re NOT going to cook it are we??</description>
